2017 Banquet FAQ

How can I register?

I didn't receive a mailed invitation.

In an effort to reduce paper material use and postage, AAa/e has been sending e-mail announcements with the banquet information.  All of the banquet information can be found online at www.aaaesc.org.

I would like to purchase an advertisement, what sizes are available and how can I pay?

You can purchase advertisement online.  Please review the Sponsorship Page for pricing information and registration. Below are the Image Instructions and deadline:

Black & White Art
Minimum 150 dpi (if artwork is less than 150 dpi, quality of ad may be affected)
Due Date: 8/31/17

I am trying to register online, I am a member and will be bringing some guests, why am I charged a non-members rate for all my guests when they are members?

All members must register separately in order for the system to recognize their membership availability.

How many people can sit at a table?

All sponsorship levels, except for half-table, include 10 seats at a table.  Half-table sponsors receive a half table of 5 seats.

Can we split a table purchase with another company?

Yes.  You may register as a half-table sponsor and indicate which company you would like to share a table with. 

Can I register onsite at the event?

Event registration will be closed on September 22, 2017 or when all the seats are sold.

I registered for a guest, but they cannot make it, can I change my guests name?

You may change your table guest names by resubmitting the sponsorship form provided to you in your confirmation email.  Or, you may email your change to banquet@aaaesc.org.  If you purchased a single seat, please email your request to banquet@aaaesc.org, with your guests name change.  We will be able to accommodate the name change until Friday, September 22, 2017.  After that time, please inform our registration staff of the change when you arrive, allow a few minutes for this to be updated at the venue - please note; should your original guest attend, they will be charged.

I need a copy of my receipt / I need an invoice.

Please e-mail banquet@aaaesc.org for this request; you will receive a copy within 24 business hours.

Can I refund my purchase?

All refund requests must be received by September 22, 2017.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be made three weeks prior to the event, 9/22/2017.  No shows will still be charged.  Registration is non-transferable to another event, please send a substitute if you are unable to attend this event.

I am trying to register but the system does not recognize me as a member / says my password is invalid.

Please contact AAa/e Member Services at banquet@aaaesc.org.  Membership dues are paid annually and only valid for the current calendar year.  If you have not yet renewed your membership for 2017, the system will charge you a non-members rate.  You may renew online or by contacting AAa/e Member services.

The links in the e-mail that AAa/e sent do not work.

What is the dress code?

This is a formal event with assigned table seating.  Black tie is preferred.
